22:6. అందుచేత అహాబు ప్రవక్తలందరినీ సమావేశపర్చాడు. ఆ సయయంలో అక్కడ సుమారు నాలుగువందల మంది ప్రవక్తలున్నారు. “నేను వెళ్లి అరాము సైన్యంతో రామోత్గిలాదు వద్ద యుద్ధం చేయవచ్చునా? లేక నేనింకా మరో సమయం కొరకు వేచివుండాలా?” అని అహాబు వారినడిగాడు. “నీవు వెళ్లి ఇప్పుడు యుద్ధం చేయవచ్చు. యెహోవా నీకు విజయం చేకూర్చుతాడు” అని ప్రవక్తలన్నారు.

22:6. ఇశ్రాయేలురాజు దాదాపు నాలుగు వందలమంది ప్రవక్తలను పిలిపించియుద్ధము చేయుటకు రామోత్గిలాదుమీదికి పోదునా పోకుందునా అని వారి నడిగెను. అందుకుయెహోవా దానిని రాజైన నీ చేతికి అప్పగించును గనుక

22:6. So the king of Israel assembled about four hundred prophets and asked them, "Should I attack Ramoth Gilead or not?" They said, "Attack! The sovereign one will hand it over to the king."

22:6. So the king of Israel summoned the prophets, about 400 of them, and asked them, "Should I go to war against Ramoth-gilead, or should I hold back?" They all replied, "Yes, go right ahead! The Lord will give the king victory."

22:6. Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall I go against Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.

22:6. So Ahab called a meeting of the prophets. There were about 400 prophets at that time. Ahab asked the prophets, "Should I go and attack the Arameans at Ramoth Gilead or not?" The prophets answered Ahab, "Yes, because the Lord will let you defeat Ramoth Gilead."
